Pride Connect, founded in 2019, is a community of LGBTQIA+ Sotheby’s agents and allies built on the unwavering principles of equality, dignity, and mutual respect.

As a member of this group, I affirm my commitment to fostering an environment where all LGBTQIA+ individuals feel safe, seen, and supported. By signing this pledge, I stand in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community—not only in words, but through my actions.

Membership in Pride Connect reflects a clear and active stance: I do not support or align with any form of discrimination, bias, or exclusion toward LGBTQIA+ individuals. I am committed to treating every person with respect and integrity, and to upholding these values in both my personal and professional life.
